The price includes all the expenditures (except the heating in the months of Winter). The arrival will be made from 15h and the exit until 11h. The payment will be done at the moment of the delivery of the keys. An advancing of 30% of the value is demanded at the moment of the reserve. In the day of the arrival a revision of the place for the leaseholder and proprietor will be done and will be demanded a pledge of 350€ (500€ in the case to exist animal).
