Azores! Located in the middle of Atlantic Ocean are an archipelago of 9 islands divided in three groups. Graciosa belongs to the central group. The house is located on Almas, near Santa Cruz. It's a small island with 4.000 population. the island is linked to subaquatic tourism and if you like fishing do not forget your fishing pole. If you like to walk, a car it's not a primary necessity. The nature contact and the small distance to the sea make it the perfect spot to rest from an agitated life. Tranquility is the main word. The house is made from volcanic rock made and need a fully restore. You can see the house measures and square meters on the plant image. There's a tiny hall(6.5m2) followed by a porch(alpendre: 22m2) that you can use to link the old small winery(adega: 47m2) to the rest of the house. Then you have a corridor(circulação: 9m2) between the porch and the kitchen and two bedrooms(quarto: 15m2 each) on each side. The kitchen has almost 30m2 and two wood ovens, one bigger than the other. Two storage rooms( iand Arrumos: 20m2 total). There's a big water tank(i don't have measures of the tank) on outside that you can convert on a swimming poll if you wish.
